Health Care For All v. Romney Attorney McGorrian was lead trial counsel for this successful lawsuit, in which a federal judge found that Massachusetts officials had provided insufficient access to dental care for children on MassHealth. Ms. McGorrian remains a key member of the plaintiffs' legal team in the remedial phase of the litigation. Divorce-Health Access Project As a consultant to The Public Policy Institute, Attorney McGorrian has offered legal expertise to New England advocates seeking to make policy change to improve access to health insurance coverage for divorcing spouses.  Community Catalyst In 2008, Attorney McGorrian served as general counsel for a pilot litigation project of Community Catalyst. The project evaluated potential areas of interest, and appeared as friend-of-the-court in a Missouri case involving excessive hospital charges to uninsured patients.
